Meals-On-The-Go: Little Dippers

Looking for the perfect on-the-go, plant-powered snack?? I’m such a fan of these Little Dippers. They're great for school pickups, long car journeys, playdates, birthday parties, movie snacks and noshing at your desk.

Scoop a spoonful or two of your favorite dip into a mason jar, fill it with veggies, screw on the lid and Bob’s your uncle.

A few suggestions....

Veg:

  • Bell Peppers

  • Celery Sticks

  • Carrots

  • Sugar Snap Peas

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Cucumbers

  • Kohlrabi

Dips:

How to:

- Slice veggies of your choice into sticks.

- Line up your mason jars, fill the bottom with 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite healthy dip. Place the veggie sticks into the dip, standing vertically. Seal the jars and place in the fridge until you're ready to eat!

Notes:

Is your kid always ravenous at pick-up? Do you hit the 3pm Slump at the office? Do you always reach for the easiest (not necessarily the healthiest) snack right around 3pm? These jars make for such great alternatives, they’re healthy, hydrating and super easy to eat on the run too.

Less Waste... I particularly love that you don't need to buy individual servings. Let's work towards less single-use plastic!!
