Need more than my free 30 minute initial consultation but aren't ready to commit - this is a one time 50 minute session to kick off your healthy lifestyle, address one specific issue or to follow up after you’ve completed one of the monthly packages.

Coaching sessions start at $125 per session with discounts giving for multi-packs and under special circumstances. Never hurts to ask!

Want to review your recent bloodwork in greater detail or discuss which tests may be beneficial for you - this is an a la carte service I happily offer to anyone.
