I am, by no stretch of the imagination a professionally trained chef but I do love to cook! I am crazy passionate about food and flavors and could literally read cookbooks all day, every day - though - I rarely use recipes when cooking!! I enjoy making easy, healthy dishes. My perfect meal fills one bowl and is chock full of flavors, colors, textures and nutritious goodness. And as a mother and a wife, it has to work for everyone!
