Do you Dry Brush?
Our skin is the largest organ of our body. It takes a daily beating and protects us unwaveringly. It is also often the first warning sign that something is amiss inside. Taking care of our skin is vital. Dry Brushing is one such way to oblige.
If you've never tried it - give it a go. You can use those exfoliating gloves, or a handled / handheld bristle brush or even a dry loofah. Stand in the shower (no water) and gently brush your skin in an upward motion (toward your heart) starting at your feet. The whole body should take 6-8 minutes. It is said to improve circulation, remove dead skin cells, & clear pores all of which aid in lymphatic waste removal. It may improve the appearance of cellulite (at least temporarily) and help with digestion and metabolism by boosting detoxification - allowing the body to do it's job without hiccups!
On days I workout I do it after working out right before I start the shower!
