Eat The Rainbow

 

It's a rather grey and gloomy Monday so I've decided to create my own sunshine and eat it out of a bowl!!

  • Collard Greens
  • Kale & Radicchio lightly sautéed in a dash of Sesame Oil
  • Avocado
  • Clearspring UK Sea Salad flakes
  • TJ's Super Seed & Ancient Grain Blend
  •  Raspberries
  • Kaibae Hibiscus, Baobab, Coconut & Black Sesame Seed Sprinkles
  • Mint
  • Carrots
  • Ozuké Citrus and Ginger Kraut
  • topped with a splash of Bragg Live Food Products Apple Cider Vinegar.

Crunchy, bitter, sweet, savory, warming and delicious.

It's not about what you can't or shouldn't eat it's about all the amazing stuff you can & should eat!
