Superpower Green Tahini Dressing
I see food as a vehicle. An invitation to elevate a basic meal into an outrageous meal. Not a complicated or difficult meal, but a meal that brings way more to the table than meets the eye.
Superpower Green Tahini Dressing:
1/4 cup Tahini
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt n Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup (packed) spinach (no stems)
1/4 cup (packed) parsley (stems and leaves)
2 tbsp @gokaibae Baobab Powder
Throw all of the ingredients into your @vitamix or food processor and whiz away until you get a wonderful creamy consistency - If it's too thick just add a bit more water.
As if the color alone isn't enough to make you sit up straight and smile this dressing is loaded with plant power, fiber, antioxidants, pre-biotics, vitamins & minerals (C, K, iron, potassium, calcium, zinc etc), will help keep colds at bay and the taste and smell are divine!
Side Note: I'm also a girl who loves a good recipe hack - life's complicated enough as it is... So if you want an even easier recipe - buy TJ's Tahini Sauce (near hummus) and swap out the first 4 ingredients for about 3/4 of the entire container!!
