Morning Ritual: Warm Lemon Water
Each morning, upon rising, I make a nice big glass of warm lemon water. Squeeze half a 🍋 into a glass, fill 1/2 the glass with cold / room temperature water and the other 1/2 with boiled water from the kettle. This simple act is a powerful way to say good morning to your body. It helps digestion, supports the liver to flush the body of toxins, gets things moving through the intestinal tract, boosts your immune system, instant hydration and can even help skin stay clear and vibrant.
As lemon everyday can erode enamel from your teeth - I recommend swishing with plain water right after but don't brush them for at least 20 mins. Allow your saliva to do one of its many jobs!!
